Comprehensive Training

Registered Training Organisation

As a Registered Training Organisation we are able to offer accredited training programs that lead to a nationally recognised trade equivalent qualification. We also provide training for our approved Apprenticeship program. So when you are ready to grow your business to the next level, we have the programs and the incentives for you to do so.

Ongoing support

Our franchise owners have plenty of assistance long after our initial training. For your first year of operations, our Quick Start Coaching Department will help you adopt Bathroom Werx best practices, reinforce the lessons learned in training, calm nerves when they get shaky and assist in setting and achieving benchmarks to ensure success.

If you need help, and if you want to maximize the resources Bathroom Werx has set up for its franchise owners, our Quick Start coaches will be your primary resource.

And the support doesn’t end there. Our operations staff helps franchisees develop their businesses and meet their goals beyond the one-year mark.

A complete set of manuals are provided on-line so that you have access to them 24/7.

Your Bathroom Werx Vehicle
Included in your franchise fee is the signwriting for your vehicle with the distinctive Bathroom Werx livery.

Uniform
Your Franchise fee includes the cost of your initial issue of uniforms.

Use of the “Bathroom Werx” Name
Franchisees are permitted use of the “Bathroom Werx” name and logo and are permitted to register a business name such as “Bathroom Werx (Newcastle)” or “Bathroom Werx (Gold Coast)” as the case may be.

National Conference
Franchisees from all over Australia meet for 2 days of action packed learning and camaraderie. This is one of the highlights at Bathroom Werx that everyone looks forward to.

Post-Opening Support
A senior Bathroom Werx manager will always be at hand ready to assist you until you are completely comfortable with the business.

Stationery
Printing, stationery and all administration material is provided to get you through the first twelve months in your business.

Product and Material Purchases
All materials are to be purchased from the Franchisor. Other suppliers are used as well to purchase miscellaneous materials where discounts are enjoyed on most products because of our market dominance and consequent group buying power.

Vanity Software Package
Vanity, the Bathroom Werx Software Package has been specifically designed for a Bathroom Werx business. The program captures all calls into our database, keeps track of all client details, automates all reporting, makes the running of business easy and saves many hours of paperwork, along with its many other fantastic features.

Insurances
Bathroom Werx can help you arrange all necessary insurances including Public Liability as well as a Personal Accident and Sickness insurance policy.

Technical Support
Full time technical support is always available and is never further away than the telephone. On the job technical issues can be readily resolved and access to our years of experience is always available. To ensure this you will have access to our ‘1800’ freecall service.
